Our story

Started because spreadsheets were losing our first customers money

Esthetic Solutions began as a small team building custom software for retailers in Lahore who were tired of watching stock counts drift from what was actually on the shelf. The first version of DAXPOS was a single-branch billing tool built for one supermarket. It worked well enough that the owner's cousin wanted it. Then his supplier. Then a pharmacy two shops down.

Every feature since then has come from a real conversation with a real business owner — expiry tracking because a pharmacy asked for it, IMEI tracking because an electronics store needed warranty claims to hold up, and multi-branch head-office reporting because a grocery chain needed to stop calling five different branch managers every evening to add up the day's sales.

Today, DAXPOS runs in over 1,500 businesses across retail, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and wholesale distribution — still built on the same idea: software should adapt to how Pakistani businesses actually run, not the other way around.
