Your assigned PM reviews your branches, industry, current systems, and any data you need migrated. This sets the timeline for everything after.

Installation & configuration

DAXPOS is installed on your chosen hardware and configured for your specific business — tax rates, receipt format, industry modules (expiry tracking, table management, IMEI, etc.).

Day 1–2 · Implementation team

Data migration

Existing product catalogue, stock levels, and customer records are imported from your spreadsheets or previous system, checked, and verified against your records before go-live.

Day 2–3 · Implementation team

Staff training

On-site or remote training sessions for cashiers, managers, and owners — covering daily billing, returns, stock counts, and whichever reports matter most to your role.

Day 3–4 · Included in every plan

Go-live day

Your PM is reachable on WhatsApp throughout your first live day of trading, ready to resolve anything that comes up in real time.

Day 5–7 · PM on standby

Post-launch support

After go-live, you move to your ongoing support plan — WhatsApp-first, with escalation to engineering for anything that needs a code-level fix.
